Project Overview
			The South Branch Parkway/Route 31 Land Use and Transportation Plan will employ smart growth principles as expressed by the state’s Office of Smart Growth. The Project Overview page will first, make you aware of what those principles are, and second, help you see how they are being incorporated into the project. Providing you with the latest maps and plans produced during the project development process is a good way of illustrating those principles.
